[Daniel still in Richie's house.... has now gotten back his memory...he sits on a plastic
chair still pondering as Richie stands.....]
DANIEL: I now fill consumed by memories of the past....
RICHIE: I guess the revenge is still there but what about the love you have for April....?
DANIEL: I yelled out her name when i saw her...
RICHIE: You mean you recognised April...?...where did you meet her.....?
DANIEL: She is my friend's fiance....i don't know what i have for her but i guess it is still fresh....
RICHIE: Do you remember anything else....?
DANIEL: I remember i had a flashdrive....and some documents....with me before....before the accident.....
RICHIE: Now you said that...i remember....two years after your death was promulgated....some bank officials came to my hostel way back in school to give me a flashdrive and some documents that belongs to you....they said i was your next of kin and so i should have them....

DANIEL: No....no....what is going on....(he tries to free himself but to no avail....then he sights Richie....)...Richie what is going on....? why did you do this to me...?.

DON WILLIAMS: You know what....anger does not pay....here is what pays you.......death....(he puts a cigar in his mouth and lights the cigar.....inhales the smoke...)...and here is how you die Daniel.....(he drops the cigar from his mouth to fuel spot....but suddenly a shot is fired from a distance by the police....killing Don Williams and his boys....as Don Williams falls to the ground the fire spreads
....covering the front of the factory...the police seems helpless...and calls the firefighters...as the fire spreads close to Daniel.....wounded Richie crawls to Daniel to help loose the rope....)
RICHIE: Go out Daniel....forgive me and care for my family....
DANIEL: I cannot leave you here....(the fire spreads closer...)
RICHIE: Go through the window go.....(Daniel jumps through the back window....as the building explodes and results into burning....minutes later help came for Daniel who is slightly conscious...)
[That same day Daniel is in the hospital....with minor burns as he regains full consciousness.... a policeman comes in...]
POLICEMAN: How are you doing now Mr Daniel....?
DANIEL: Getting better ....what about my friend....Richie...?
POLICEMAN:(shakes his head with pity..) Don Williams and his boys did not survive the fire explosion same with Richie your friend....
DANIEL: No....(he weeps)
